The management team of Karostech Ltd and the strategic partners have worked since 2002 in creating a new solution for global innovation support both on individual and company level. The conceptual planning was conducted by a very diverse and multidisciplinary project team, while the first practical implementation of Oasis concept - "netWork Oasis" in Joensuu Science Park, Finland was created. Since December 2006 this concept has been tested in Joensuu and the proof of concept has been validitated.
